Tidy Pets delivers free of charge within major areas in South Africa, door-to-door, depending on where you’re located and once minimum order value is reached.

Should a product you have ordered be:
Temporarily unavailable, Tidy Pets will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, Tidy Pets will issue a refund in respect of that product to you.
Permanently unavailable,
Tidy Pets will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead or a credit on your Tidy Pets account, Tidy Pets will issue a refund in respect of that product to you.
What happens if my parcel is damaged upon delivery or if something went wrong?
Due to Tidy Pets making use of external couriers for deliveries, we do ensure the uttermost care is taken when packaging your order for delivery, but we cannot always guarantee that the item will reach you in the same condition that it left us. In the unlikely event that this does happen, please contact us by sending an email to info@tidypets.co.za and we will replace the damaged items for you at no cost. Please do not use the product if it is being returned as this will void the arrangement and we cannot replace the product for you.
In the unlikely event, that the products you received do not match the order you placed, please contact us immediately in order for us to rectify your order.
